I’ve been an Apple girl ever since I started college and have had Macbook Pro after Macbook Pro. Recently though, when it came time to replace my current one due to an accident that smashed it to smithereens, I made a strange choice. I spent over 2 hours wondering Best Buy, picking up computers, playing with laptops, and touching every screen imaginable. What ended up happening was ridiculous! I couldn’t justify spending over $2000 on a new Macbook Pro. Playing with the new Windows * laptops, that were touchscreen, detachable, doing two things at once, etc. I was sold.

I left Best Buy toting a new HP Split Ultrabook. It’s been almost a month now, and I am still in love. It has been a bit of a learning curve, I’ll admit, but I love the touchscreen, how my screen detaches into a tablet, and the live tiles are to die for. They keep the creativity going for this blogger and writer.

Getting a new laptop means checking out new laptop bags. I’ve been searching all over the Internet and have narrowed it down to some affordable options.
