The on-going battle of losing weight, becoming fit, and leading a healthy lifestyle is one that we take on every time the sun comes up. As a mom, I struggle with finding time to go to the gym, getting everything I need to get done with blogging and work, and then having enough energy to take the kids to their activities after school. After all of that, I really need the time to connect with my kids, my husband, and myself. Finding time to workout has always been a great excuse, but as time has gone by, I’ve found some amazing resources to fit in your workout at anytime.
I like to wake up about 30-45 minutes before everyone else, go to my favorite workout website, and knock out that workout before the first kid gets up and gets ready for school.
I love Blogilates.com. Cassey Ho is the amazing woman behind Blogilates. She has workout calendars, endless Youtube Videos, and even an app where you can watch the videos and join the community online. I have been using this app on and off for as long as I can remember. They have amazing quick workouts, celebrity sessions, and are awesome at motivating you. You will never get bored with this app and see results right away!

I love my Shine Tracker. Not only is it one of the fitness trackers that is on the afforadable side (on sale now for $50!) but it’s water proof and tracks your sleep patterns. Waterproof is probably the biggest selling point for me because between dishes and bathtime, I don’t have to pause to take off my tracker. Plus, it comes ready to wear on a sportsband or clip on, or just put it in your pocket!

I came across Sweet Sweat on Instagram. Basically it’s a cream you apply to your problem areas (for me my stomach) and it generates heat more in that area, causing you to sweat more and makes that area work harder.
